The SME Employer of the Year award celebrates the remarkable dedication and success of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in creating vibrant workplaces, supporting their teams and achieving business excellence. These dynamic companies, often with up to 249 employees, shine in areas like growth, innovation and overcoming challenges.

When judging these SMEs, the panel looked for businesses that truly cared about nurturing talent, showed visionary leadership, and came up with innovative ideas. They wanted to see real results, like growth and success, as well as a genuine commitment to looking after their employees’ well-being and helping them develop.
