We wanted to build a community of businesses where companies could start, grow and lean on each other in a supportive environment.
Unlike other landlords, we use what profit we have to offer additional services at competitive prices to help businesses in Central Scotland grow.

STEP, Central Scotland’s business support organisation has been working with SME’s in Forth Valley for four decades.
As well as supporting City-based businesses, we work with companies that are located in rural Scotland. Combining our commercial services with funded programmes, property, venue hire and in-house facilities, we are therefore able to offer a complete business support package.
