STEP is excited to announce Corner30, a new tasty take-away at Stirling Enterprise Park, set to open its doors imminently. Corner30 will be the go-to place for fresh, local food and drink, offering everything from quick bites to take-home products, while supporting businesses right here in Stirling.
Corner30 is all about keeping things simple and local. Every penny of profit goes straight back into the Stirling economy, helping local businesses grow.
“Corner30 is designed to be a place where you can grab great food and support the local community at the same time,” said Laura Melville, STEP’s Director of Property and Operations. “By working with local producers and businesses that employ people from the area, we’re helping to create jobs and keep money in Stirling.”
Supporting Our Food Tenants and Local Producers
At Corner30, we’re dedicated to promoting our food tenants that are all based on site, stocking and selling their produce wherever possible:
· Blueberry Hill Meals is a family-run frozen meals delivery service. The business prepares and cooks a superb range of nourishing and delicious soups, main meals and desserts and deliver them for free.
· Grace Chocolates craft chocolate goodies. Their important social mission sees their chocolates being handmade by women who have been touched by the criminal justice system and are choosing to make a positive change.
· fondlyiced is an award-winning bakery offering personalised celebration cakes, traybakes and biscuits that make your taste buds dance. fondyiced also provide catering and lunch bags.
· Perthshire Preserves is a multi-award-winning business that makes a variety of handmade jams, jellies, marmalades and chutneys using only the finest ingredients.
· Milk & Honey make small-batch handmade high-quality ice cream with exciting flavours, born from a fusion of Greek and American flavours.
· Prime Street Food create culinary magic for your events. From weddings to festivals, Prime Street Food provide event catering with a twist.
· Irresistible Bakes, Bespoke Cakes & Sweet Treats craft dream cakes and edible wedding favours with the finest ingredients, ensuring a luxurious and delicious result every time.
We’re also dedicated to keeping things local and want to use local businesses wherever possible. This not only ensures money is reinvested with businesses and services in our community, but it also reduces packaging and transportation costs, lowering our carbon footprint.
· Falleninch Farm – Our meat is sourced locally from a family run business. The on-site butcher shop provides quality, freshness and value. A local farm providing high-quality meat products, dedicated to sustainable farming practices.
· Spider Monkey Coffee Roasters – Our coffee supplier is a Stirling coffee company based just around the corner in Springkerse. Known for it’s commitment to ethically sourced and expertly roasted beans, they roast all of their coffee by hand at their Stirling Roastery.
Determined to keep everything local, we contracted ten tenants and local businesses to get this new venture up and running – Blueberry Hill Meals, First Choice Cleaning Solutions, K Park Painters and Decorators, McCallum Ceilings (Scotland) Limited, NBC Electrical Services, Notini Building Contracts Limited, RWC Plumbing and Heating, Stainton Flooring, Stirling Fire Protection and We are Stirling.
“At STEP, our ethos is to develop the local economy and support local businesses,” added Laura. “Corner30 is no different and will use local producers, suppliers and services wherever possible. We would like to thank all of these tenants and local contractors for being part of this journey.”
