City Room Rentals is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for two prestigious categories at Property Week’s Student Accommodation Awards: Collaboration Award and Agency Team of the Year. Additionally, Naomi van Keulen, Partnerships Manager at City Room Rentals, is a finalist for the highly coveted Young Student Accommodation Personality of the Year award.
Now in its 18th year, Property Week’s Student Accommodation Conference and Awards are recognised as some of the most distinguished accolades in the industry. This year’s event will take place at Wembley Stadium, featuring a full day of insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and entertainment, including comedy and live music.
The event offers a prime platform to engage with operators, investors, universities and agents, addressing key trends, challenges and future opportunities within the sector. Property Week will present awards across 23 categories, and City Room Rentals is honored to be nominated in three:

· Agency Team of the Year
· Young Student Accommodation Personality of the Year
