Employer Engagement Forum EEF Privacy Policy
Stirling and Clackmannanshire’s Employer Engagement Forum (EEF) is a Stirling Council led group of business organisations brought together to increase seamless support pathways for employers.
Your personal data shared and processed in our group
Your personal data will be collected by one of our groups’ members. If your information has been collected by one of our group members, your information will be treated according to their privacy policy.

Personal data sharing and transferring
Your data will only be shared with selected organisations within the EEF which comply with our security procedures and policies. When your data is shared your information will be treated by the organisation in question’s privacy policy. You will be contacted by the organisation and always have the option to have your data removed.
Personal data disposal and retention
We will only keep your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected and we will remove from our systems all personal data which is no longer required.

Annual Business Survey
We carry out an annual business survey.
As part of this survey, we may collect some personal information about you such as your name and email address to be able to contact you and follow up if needed and you have opted in to being contacted.
We securely store this information on Survey Monkey and the data will be deleted 3 years after the survey has ended.
If you agreed to be contacted, regarding your survey completion, your details will be shared within the EEF group and the organisation, who can answer your question, will be in touch. An organisation in the Employer Engagement Forum will have their own privacy policies. Anonymised statistical data will be kept for 3 years.
We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal data with any other parties outside of the Employer Engagement Forum and we will never market use your information for marketing.
You have the right to request a copy of the information held about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please get in touch by emailing step@stepscotland.co.uk
