The difference between our income and expenditure reflects money which was added to our reserves which are available to spend in the future. This makes sure we have funds available to:
- Keep rent and costs low
- Grow and develop
- Introduce new business support initiatives
- Continue to operate should our income fall
- Offer incentives and support to businesses struggling in out of the ordinary market conditions
