The Ecommerce Club had its humble beginnings in Stirling over 13 years ago. It started as a local gathering held in coffee shops, then at STEP, and later at Codebase Stirling. The club was founded and coordinated by Ann-Maree Morrison MBE.
The Ecommerce Club is not about self-promotion, but rather a collaborative network for ecommerce businesses. Its primary purpose is to foster knowledge sharing and discussions among its members, assisting them in expanding their online trade. In recent years, Dr. Peter Mowforth, the CEO of INDEZ, has joined forces with the club to aid in its growth, particularly during and after the challenges presented by COVID-19.
The club’s monthly meetings are open for all and can be booked via the Ecommerce Club registration on the INDEZ website. These meetings cover a wide range of topics relating to online trade. Regardless of the size of your ecommerce business, you can benefit from the insights provided by experienced ecommerce managers, guest speakers and panelists. The upcoming meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 5th December, and will be held online via Google Meet, with a panel discussion on “Is your Christmas going to be crackers this year?” . For some time now, the club has stood as Scotland’s central hub and network for those involved in ecommerce. One of its long-held aspirations has been to host a substantial annual event in Scotland.
The Ecommerce Club and INDEZ agency have partnered to sponsor Ecommerce Scotland, an annual event. This one-day conference, to be held at the IMAX Glasgow on 14th March 2024, is designed by Scottish Ecommerce experts for ambitious Ecommerce brands, merchants, retailers, and marketplace sellers looking to accelerate their growth and productivity.
Ecommerce Scotland’s core objective is to educate, inform, and promote best practices in ecommerce. The conference aims to bring together leading Ecommerce professionals to unlock Scotland’s Ecommerce potential through the application of Automation, AI, and Machine Learning. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, discuss, and stay updated on the latest developments in online retail. Be sure not to miss out on the early bird discounted tickets, as prices will increase each month leading up to March 2024. You can find out more and book via https://www.ann-maree.biz/merce-club/
