When we started in 1983 we wanted to build more than just an office block, business park or commercial property.
We wanted to build a community of businesses where companies could start, grow and lean on each other in a supportive environment.
Unlike other landlords, we use what profit we have to offer additional services at competitive prices to help businesses in Central Scotland grow.

We are Central Scotland’s business support organisation and have been working with SME’s in Forth Valley for over three decades.
Why we are
Our goal is to ‘help grow enterprise in Scotland’ by offering low-cost business premises, with the unique concept of additional business support and other services on the doorstep.
Where we are
Our Head Office is located at our site Stirling Enterprise Park, Stirling, FK7 7RP.
We support businesses throughout Forth Valley and we have HR clients further afield.
