Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Risk Assessment

This workshop discusses the legal requirements and the business benefits of carrying out control of substances hazardous to health risk assessments. It is intended for people who work for/own small to medium sized enterprises and for people that work for voluntary organisations that have responsibility for carrying out control of substances hazardous to health risk assessments.


 Learning Outcomes:



  • Have an understanding of the legal requirements and the business benefits for carrying out control of substances hazardous to health risk assessments.

  • Have an understanding of the methodology to adopt when carrying out a control of substances hazardous to health risk assessment

Course Cancellation Policy


All cancellations must be made in writing. If you cannot attend the course please email: reception@stepscotland.co.uk


Cancellations that are made less than 2 weeks before the event may not be subject to a refund. However, an alternative date may be offered – subject to availability.


Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as a late cancellation and therefore no refund will be given.


STEP reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings have been received. If this situation arises then delegates will be offered an alternative course date, or a full refund of the course fee.
